Assessment

• Your company has limited knowledge or experience in GP, and you handle the calculations internally.

• Your company doesn’t have the policies, SOPs, or documented methodology that would enable you or an auditor to recreate the calculations.

Audit (Procedural and/or Calculation)

• Your company has policies, procedures, and documented methodology for the calculations in place. 

• You outsource your calculations, relying on someone else’s expertise, and you want to ensure your calculations are accurate and compliant.

• The Pricing Group’s audits can identify any gaps in the documented processes, verify that the supporting documentation is accurate and current, and validate historical calculations and rebate payments.
