Leadership Announcement: Executive Promotions

As we begin the new year, we are pleased to announce important leadership updates within The Pricing Group, effective today.

Lisa Clayton has been promoted to Executive Director of The Pricing Group. Lisa brings more than a decade of expertise in finance, accounting, revenue reporting, and government pricing. She has led best-in-class government pricing teams supporting over 1,800 branded and generic products and has overseen reporting across Medicaid, Medicare, Public Health Service/340B, the Federal Supply Schedule, and TRICARE.

A former auditor, Lisa brings a deep understanding of data integrity, methodological precision, and Gross-to-Net accrual accuracy. She has successfully guided multiple system implementations and integrations, while also providing robust sales and profitability analysis to clients. Lisa is known for her commitment to operational excellence through streamlining processes, elevating compliance, and staying ahead of regulatory changes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University.

Katie Lapins has transitioned to the role of Senior Advisor. For more than 20 years, Katie has been a trusted expert in government pricing and compliance. She has specialized in all federal healthcare programs for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers, leading numerous voluntary disclosures and restatements, audits, assessments, and policy and training initiatives. She is widely respected within the industry for her passion for training and her ability to clarify complex regulatory requirements. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University.
