Monthly GP Update: April 2025
Apr 8, 2025
April is here, and spring has sprung (or is on its way!) for many of us. Here are just a few upcoming GP-related activities and deadlines to note:
The VA issued a Mass Modification (65 I B Mass Mod 0013) for those participating in the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). As per the government’s instructions, “Please ensure your firm's email response includes the signed modification form (SF30), with blocks 8, 10A, and 15 (A, B, and C) completed.” The completed forms must be submitted by April 10, 2025.
The majority of your 2025 March and Q1 Quarterly Calcs are due April 30 (AMP, BP, CPPDs, Nominal Sales, ASP, FSS Sales and the IFF payment). NFAMP is due May 14.
PHS/340B pricing is due to HRSA May 30 and to wholesalers/distributors by June 15.
The bulk of your Q4 2024 Medicaid rebate invoices should have been received by now, and Q1 2025 invoices will start arriving early to mid-May.
And don’t forget about Government Pricing 101 at Crossroads 2025! For clients of The Pricing Group, Artia Solutions, and The Garner Group, there’s a discounted rate. Please contact us for the discount code.

In the world of PHS/340B, the use of contract pharmacies continues to be a “hot topic.” Eight states have passed laws to protect the use of contract pharmacies, 17 states have introduced legislation around this topic, and legislation has passed in one chamber of another five states. Meanwhile, we continue to see manufacturer challenges to these laws, as well as potentially new ways to monitor purchases to ensure compliance and minimize revenue leakage. Our opinion is that this will ultimately only get resolved by legislative changes, but D.C. is awash in other priorities right now.
We love Government Pricing, so if you have any questions or would like to discuss any new products or strategies, let us know. It’s what we do!
