Monthly GP Update: July 2025

We hope you had a happy and safe 4th of July celebration! In Government Pricing we have a few noteworthy topics, reminders, and deadlines to mention. Depending on your products, here is what you can expect this month:
June Monthly AMP and all Q2 Quarterly Calcs are due by July 30, 2025 (AMP, BP, URA, PHS/340B, NFAMP, ASP, CPPDs, Nominal Sales).
FSS Sales and the IFF payment are also due by July 30, 2025.
"Preliminary" Medicare Part B Prescription Drug Inflation Rebate Program reports for 2023/2024 were distributed to manufacturers with Part B relatable drugs on July 1, 2025. There is a 30-day window to submit a “Suggestion of Error” via the Manufacturer Payment Portal (MPP) so it is due by July 31, 2025. Final rebate reports will be issued by September 30, 2025, with payment due within 30 days.
Q1 Medicaid is coming to a close and the bulk of those invoices should have been received by now.
The 340B Coalition Summer Conference kicks off July 21-23rd in National Harbor, Maryland.
Speaking of 340B/PHS, guidance is still under review regarding the recently introduced bill on 340B discounts and organizational shifts to CMS. However, it was announced that Johnson & Johnson has formally appealed a recent federal court decision that rejected their attempt to convert 340B drug discounts into a post-purchase rebate model. Hospital groups have been vocal in support of this ruling; however, Johnson & Johnson is not the only manufacturer that has faced similar legal challenges. As we’ve stated previously, this game of “cat and mouse” is likely to continue until we see some sort of legislative reform.
Just today, the House of Representatives is expected to vote on the Senate approved budget bill which introduces significant healthcare changes to federal programs like Medicaid. We will continue to monitor the progress of the bill and if/when we hear something that requires further action, we will send a separate alert.
In other news, next month Crossroads 2025 will be taking place August 25-27 in Nashville, TN! This conference will be a mix of GP, Medicaid, Medicare, and Market Access industry topics. There are some great workshops planned as well, so you won't want to miss this one! Please keep in mind the important date of July 16, 2025. After that,
